After completing a degree in Music at Villa Maria & Daemen Colleges, Robin Grandin began writing and playing all of the top Buffalo music venues with bands including Pepperwood Greene, Clockworks, Ice Nine, Songbird, Prime Suspects and The Touch, and opening for Talas, 805 and Weird Al Yankovic. 

In 1986 Robin joined the touring band Rainbow working all across the US and Canada including, extended runs in Las Vegas, Laughlin, Reno, Calgary, and representing General Motors at the Texas State Fair. Moving to Nashville, TN Robin played with various bands, including Hurricane Jane, who was signed to indie record label Rotation Records, later joining Nashville recording artists Mustang Sally as one of the founding members playing bass and singing lead vocals.

During this time, Robin opened for major artists such as George Jones, Patty Loveless, Ricky Skaggs, Lorrie Morgan, Marty Stuart, Brooks and Dunn, Kansas, Delbert McClinton and more. After 16 years based in Nashville, Robin returned to Western New York, playing, writing and recording while also acting as Director of Digital Graphics, Social and Web Media for the Chautauqua Lake Pops Concert Series. 

She also has founded Music To Remember WNY, Inc. bringing music and entertainment to seniors, Alzheimer’s and dementia patients, and disabled veterans throughout the region.
