the Buffalo Music Hall of Fame Nomination Process
Before you submit your application for Nomination into The Buffalo Music Hall of Fame, please make sure you include the following:
1. The Official Nomination Form Filled out with the date.
2. Photos
3. List of recordings/works
4.
Timeline/Resume
5. Career accomplishments and highlights
6. Professional points of interest
7.
Supporting materials such as web links, biographies, news clippings, print
articles, reviews or other pertinent items of information about the nominee.
8. Any
other important materials that support nominee’s career.
* The Nomination Committee takes into consideration all
submitted materials. These are a representation and living document of the nominee and their
achievements. Any information submitted that is non-factual can result in
halting the nomination process.
If false information is discovered after a
nominee becomes inducted, they are subject to removal.
